Miranda Soucie to be Selected to The National Trial Lawyers – Top 100

Congratulations to Attorney Miranda Soucie of Spiros Law, P.C. who was recently selected as part of The National Trial Lawyers- Top 100. The National Trial Lawyers is an invitation-only organization that allows membership only to Civil Plaintiff Attorneys who show superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership in their state. The National Trial Lawyers provides education, training and certain opportunities for trial lawyers across the country.

Miranda shows her exemplarity in the courthouse, in the office, and in our community. In the courthouse, Miranda has won numerous large settlements for our clients who have suffered at the fault of another. Numerous cases have settled in the hundred of thousands, as well as some which have settled above the million-dollar mark. In the office, our clients have described Miranda as being hardworking, dedicated, and relentless. Additionally, clients boast about Miranda’s attention to detail and willingness to explain every step of the legal process. Outside of work, Miranda shows a desire to learn, as well as help others. Miranda has been published in the AAJ Trial Magazine, ITLA Trial Journal, and other publications. She is also involved in numerous organizations and holds many titles outside of Spiros Law, P.C.. She is an active member of the American Association for Justice where she serves on the Women’s Trial Lawyers Caucus Committee as a Board of Governors Representatives. Other organizational memberships include the East Central Illinois Women Attorney Association and the Champaign County Bar Association.  In her free time, Miranda chooses to volunteer with the Eastern Illinois Foodbank, the Copper Creek Presbyterian Church on the human resources committee, and with Meet Malawi, an organization that helps women engage their community and improve living conditions through water and educational programming. In 2021, in conjunction with the Eastern Illinois Foodbank, Miranda was a leader in its fundraising effort for a capital campaign.

Having been through personal tragedy, Miranda uses her experiences to guide her clients and to show empathy in a way that many other attorneys cannot. She takes the time to break down each and every step and explain it in a way that is palpable to someone who may not be familiar with legal jargon. Miranda answers every question carefully while remaining completely respectful and understanding of her clients who are often experiencing one of the most difficult times of their life.

We are honored to have Miranda as one of our partners here at Spiros Law, P.C.. Not only has Miranda shown exceptional passion and knowledge for law and her clients, but she has also shown patience and humility within her experiences. Miranda is a tough litigator who also takes the time to teach and guide our associate attorneys. We know no other attorney is as deserving of this honor as Miranda is. Congratulations Miranda Soucie!
