About Spiros Law
Attorney James D. Spiros founded Spiros Law, P.C. in 2005. Our attorneys represent injured men, women, and children in a wide variety of injury and medical malpractice cases throughout the State and Federal Courts in Illinois. With the assistance of local counsel, we have also been involved in cases in other states including Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri and Kentucky.
Our reputation is based upon taking an effective, aggressive approach in the representation of our clients. Because of our statewide reputation, a large percentage of our cases are referred by other attorneys.
Our philosophy is based upon service to our clients. We are committed to protecting and preserving the dignity and rights of all individuals. We take a “team approach” to the handling of all our files. Not only do our partners assist in the day-to-day handling of files, but our support staff comprised of three associate attorneys, two legal nurse consultants, paralegal, private investigator, and legal secretaries, all with many years of legal experience, are all engaged in the day-to-day handling of each file.
Spiros Law, P.C. is committed to providing a close, constant and personal approach to each of our clients. We continue to focus on maintaining communication with our clients through the “high tech-high touch” approach. In other words, we not only encourage personal meetings, but also electronic communication to the level that our clients request.
