Ivo A. Austin joined Spiros Law in 2026, bringing several years of experience representing clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He takes a client-focused approach, getting to know everyone he represents and advocating for them through every stage of their case. Ivo understands that many of his clients are facing significant loss and uncertainty, and he works to be a steady, trusted resource during that time.
Prior to joining Spiros Law, Ivo served as an Assistant State’s Attorney and worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Steigmann of the Illinois Appellate Court.
Ivo lives in Champaign and outside of his practice he is actively involved in the community. He serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County and the Developmental Services Center. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, reading, and marching with the World Famous Lawn Rangers of Arcola, Illinois.
