A 25-year-old woman from San Jose was killed in an Illinois car accident on Saturday.
According to Illinois State Police, the accident occurred as the woman was driving east on U.S. 136 and her vehicle went off the side of the roadway and struck a gravel patch.
Initial police reports show that the woman over-corrected the vehicle once she went off the roadway causing her to leave the roadway again, flip over and roll multiple times. There were no other passengers in the vehicle.
