Man killed in motorcycle accident; wife hospitalized
Chad Scolley, 40, and his wife Teresa, 44, were riding his 1991 Harley Davidson motorcycle Sunday when they collided with a 2001 Dodge pickup truck turning left onto 250W Road. Scolley tried to pass him, causing the collision.
During the collision, the couple was thrown from the bike. Scolley was pronounced dead at the scene, while his wife was transported to Riverside Medical Center. Teresa was said to be in stable condition as of Tuesday afternoon.
The crash is still under investigation. The condition of the driver of the Dodge has not been released yet, and it is unclear if any citations have been issued to either party.
The attorneys here at Spiros Law, P.C., extend our condolences to the family and friends of Chad and Teresa Scolley during this tragic time. We also wish Teresa a full recovery.
