Four-Year-Old Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver

 

A St. Louis man has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in the death of a four-year-old boy in Pagedale, Missouri.

 

Trayeshon Williams, 4, was walking with his 10-year-old brother to a convenience store on Friday, October 5th. As they were crossing the street, Ricky Weeden, 54, hit the boys with his pick-up truck and then left the scene of the accident.

 

Trayeshon died and his brother remains hospitalized. Weeden was arrested for the leaving the scene of an accident and is in jail with a $50,000 bail. The case remains under investigation by Missouri State Highway Patrol.

 

Weeden has a history of being arrested for DUI charges, felony DUI and driving without a valid Missouri Driver’s license. In 1995, Weeden was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license, carrying an alcoholic beverage and improper passing in the Illinois County of St. Clair.
