Friday morning, three children and three adults were involved in a major, head-on vehicular accident and hospitalized at Iroquois Memorial Hospital.
According to Watseka Assistant Fire Chief Tim Ketchum, the minivan and pickup truck both sustained major damage in the collision. As of Friday midday, the condition of the six people involved was still unknown; however, Ketchum reported that the man in the minivan required “extensive extrication” before being sent to the hospital.
