Wilmington students injured in bus accident

On Wednesday, November 13, a school bus crashed into another motor vehicle in Wilmington, resulting in ten students on the bus sustaining minor injuries. The injured students were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of their injuries.

As posted on the Wilmington School District 209-U Facebook page, the bus accident happened on Mills and Washington streets.

Fortunately, no one sustained major injuries in the accident, and those students who were unharmed continued on to school in a different bus.
