Marilyn K. Tyler

Marilyn recently joined the firm in March of 2011, with over 40 years experience in the legal field. She is a Paralegal Affiliate of the American Association for Justice and has attended many paralegal educational seminars and obtained numerous credit hours approved by the National Federation of Paralegal Associates. She has many years experience assisting with workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits, including arranging for depositions and preparing for trials and arbitrations. She also assists with obtaining documentation of the incidents and injuries and works with the attorneys and clients in providing discovery. With so many years of experience in the legal field, she has the knowledge and skills necessary to assist with the firm’s workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and personal injury practice.
